Rise of the Barbarians' Atlas is similar to that of Rise of Kings . In Swords of the Prophets , the names of dependencies are changed to fit Rise of Kings' original nomenclature — for instance, Carmania, Arachosia and Gedrosia are renamed as Kerman, Registan and Sindh (with Sindh occupied by Indians)

Many parts of the map are identical to Rise of Kings' Grand Campaign given that the Greek states have been reduced in significance, but the "Continents" have been changed.
Tribute: tribute is not available to be obtained except through looting territories. If you play as the Britons, Nabataeans, or Parthians you do have a lot of tribute.
Continents are extensive and their payouts are substantial, this is more of the traditional CtW.
